8 Mission Original Super Soft Mini Wraps

1 cup spinach, finely chopped

¾ cup rocket, finely chopped

150g fetta, crumbled

150g halloumi, finely chopped

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tbsps basil, ripped into small pieces

1 egg, lightly beaten
-
1 tbsp fennel seeds

1 lemon, quartered
-
1 lime, quartered

½ cup tzatziki dip

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Place spinach, rocket, feta, halloumi, breadcrumbs and basil in a bowl and mix well to combine.

On a flat working surface, place down 1 Mission Original Super Soft Mini Wrap and place ⅛ of spinach mixture into the centre. Roll to enclose, ensuring the seam is underneath. Repeat with remaining wraps.

Place rolls onto lined baking tray. Brush with egg and sprinkle with fennel seeds. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Serve with lemon, lime and tzatziki dip.
