  • 1 pack Mission Original Super Soft Mini Wraps

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove

  • ½ tsp salt, crushed

  • 300g white mushrooms, thinly diced

  • 3 tsp horseradish cream

  • 800g gourmet beef sausages, skin removed

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 sprig of rosemary

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  • Step 2

    In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, salt and mushrooms until all moisture from the mushrooms has evaporated. Stir in horseradish and set aside to cool.

  • Step 3

    Add beef sausage meat into cooled mushroom mix and combine.

  • Step 4

    Place a Mission Original Super Soft Mini Wrap on a flat surface. Cut into 4 squares and trim the rounded edges.

  • Step 5

    Roll 2 tbsp of meat mixture into a small log shape and place in the middle of the square on a diagonal. Fold two opposite edges and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

  • Step 6

    Place rolls on prepared tray and brush with egg. Cook for 20 minutes or until cooked through and golden.

  • Step 7

    Leave to cool for 10 minutes and serve with fresh rosemary and seeded mustard.
