8 Mission Original Super Soft Mini Wraps

½ red capsicum, sliced lengthways

1 zucchini, halved, sliced lengthways

3 broccolini stalks, sliced lengthways

¾ cup shredded tasty cheese

16 rashers of bacon
-
⅓ cup Greek-style yoghurt
-
1 tbsp tahini
-
½ tsp turmeric
-
1 tsp honey

Step 1
Preheat oven to 185°C. Line a baking tray with foil and place a lightly greased wire rack on top.

On a flat surface, place 1 to 2 vegetable slices on the upper edge of 1 Mission Original Super Soft Mini Wrap. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp cheese and roll tightly.

Wrap with 2 rashers of bacon, using toothpicks to secure. Repeat until all wraps are rolled.

Place bundles onto prepared tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is cooked and crispy, flipping halfway through. Remove toothpicks.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix yoghurt, tahini, turmeric, and honey. Season to taste.

Serve Bacon Wrapped Bundles with turmeric spiced dip.
