  • 4 Mission Original Super Soft Mini Wraps, heated in microwave for 20 seconds

  • 150g macaroni elbows, cooked in salted boiling water to al dente, drained

  • 30g butter

  • 30g flour

  • 450ml milk

  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • 10 basil leaves, finely sliced

  • 4 slices ham

  • Step 1

    Melt butter in a small saucepan then whisk in flour. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add milk all at once and whisk until smooth. Add cheese and mustard and season to taste with pepper and salt. Add sauce to macaroni, then add tomato and basil. Set aside to cool slightly.

  • Step 2

    To assemble; place a slice of ham along the centre on each Mission Original Super Soft Mini wrap. Top with ¼ - ⅓ cup of mac ’n cheese, then roll the wrap to secure the filling. Serve immediately.
