  • 1 Mission Souvlaki Bread

  • For the Pizza Toppings:

    3 tbsp tomato paste

    ½ cup ham, grated

    ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated

    ½ cup mushrooms, thinly sliced

    ½ cup olives, sliced

    ½ red capsicum, sliced

    ½ cup canned pineapple pieces, drained

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  • Step 2

    Place the Mission Souvlaki Bread on an oven tray, lined with baking paper. Spread the tomato paste evenly on the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust. Sprinkle over the ham and half of the mozzarella cheese.

  • Step 3

    Evenly spread the mushrooms, olives, capsicum and pineapple pieces across the bread. Finish by adding the remaining cheese on top, ensuring all other toppings are well covered.

  • Step 4

    Carefully place the pizza in the oven and cook for 12 - 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven.

  • Step 5

    Cut hot pizza into 8 slices and serve immediately.
