8 Mission Plain Naan

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tsp dried chilli flakes
3 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp sea salt flakes
¼ cup honey
1 cup macadamias roasted and unsalted (140g)
450 g round triple brie

Step 1
In a medium nonstick frying pan, gently warm the oil with the chilli flakes and paprika over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, until the oil is fragrant and infused with the spices.

Add the salt, honey, and macadamias, tossing or gently shaking the pan for 1 minute to coat the nuts evenly in the aromatic honey.

Step 3
Remove from the heat and carefully spoon the warm honey-macadamia mixture over a wheel of brie. Serve immediately with toasted pieces of Mission Naan.
