  • 3 Mission Original Super Soft Wraps

  • 3 nori sheets

  • 250g microwave brown rice and quinoa

  • 1 cucumber, cut into long sticks

  • 1 carrot, peeled

  • 6 radishes, sliced thinly and halved

  • 425g canned tuna in spring water, drained

  • 1 medium avocado, sliced

  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • Step 1

    Using a vegetable peeler or mandolin, finely shred carrot in long, thin strips.

  • Step 2

    Place 1 Mission Original Super Soft Wrap onto a board. Layer 1 nori sheet down with rough side facing upwards.

  • Step 3

    Spread 1/2 cup brown rice over nori leaving a 2cm border at the end.

  • Step 4

    Top with 1/3 of the vegetables and tuna.

  • Step 5

    Roll up firmly into a thick roll. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 3 rolls.

  • Step 6

    Cut into 5 pieces and serve with toasted sesame seeds and soy sauce.
