Ingredients

3 Mission Original Super Soft Wraps

3 nori sheets

250g microwave brown rice and quinoa

1 cucumber, cut into long sticks

1 carrot, peeled

6 radishes, sliced thinly and halved

425g canned tuna in spring water, drained

1 medium avocado, sliced

2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

2 tbsp soy sauce

Step 1
Using a vegetable peeler or mandolin, finely shred carrot in long, thin strips.

Place 1 Mission Original Super Soft Wrap onto a board. Layer 1 nori sheet down with rough side facing upwards.

Step 3
Spread 1/2 cup brown rice over nori leaving a 2cm border at the end.

Step 4
Top with 1/3 of the vegetables and tuna.

Step 5
Roll up firmly into a thick roll. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 3 rolls.

Cut into 5 pieces and serve with toasted sesame seeds and soy sauce.
