Ingredients

• 1 pack Mission Soft and Fluffy Wraps

• 3 large eggs

• 1 cup milk

• ¼ cup brown sugar

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 tsp ground cinnamon

• Non-stick cooking spray, as needed

• 300ml thickened cream, whipped

• 1 cup plum jam

• ¼ plum sauce

• 2 plums, sliced

• ¼ cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions

• Step 1

  In a deep serving dish, combine eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Whisk to combine. Submerge Mission Soft and Fluffy Wraps in mixture for 15 minutes.

• Step 2

  Spray non-stick cooking spray on a frying pan, over medium-high heat. Cook each wrap for 1 ½ minutes per side or until golden. Keep warm.

• Step 3

  On a serving plate, layer every second Mission Soft and Fluffy Wrap with 2 tbsp thickened cream and the next with 2 tbsp plum jam. Repeat.

• Step 4

  Serve warm and garnish with fresh plums and pomegranate.
