1 bag of Mission Deli Style White Corn Strips

400g prepared shredded beef

½ cup mayonnaise

3 tbsp hot sauce

4 Gouda cheese slices, halved

300g packet fine-cut coleslaw

8 brioche slider buns, warmed and halved

Step 1
Preheat oven and heat through shredded beef according to packet instructions.

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and hot sauce.

Assemble buns on a sharing platter and layer with spicy mayonnaise, shredded beef, cheese and coleslaw.

Top them with Mission White Corn Strips before placing tops. Serve with a side of tortilla strips.
