  • 1 bag of Mission Deli Style White Corn Strips

  • 400g prepared shredded beef

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 3 tbsp hot sauce

  • 4 Gouda cheese slices, halved

  • 300g packet fine-cut coleslaw

  • 8 brioche slider buns, warmed and halved

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven and heat through shredded beef according to packet instructions.

  • Step 2

    In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and hot sauce.

  • Step 3

    Assemble buns on a sharing platter and layer with spicy mayonnaise, shredded beef, cheese and coleslaw.

  • Step 4

    Top them with Mission White Corn Strips before placing tops. Serve with a side of tortilla strips.
