  • 12 Mission Soft & Fluffy Original Wraps

     

  • 12 mini gingerbread people

    12 chocolate blocks

    4 tbsp icing sugar

    6 marshmallows, cut in half

    2 tbsp white icing

    2 tbsp butter, melted

  • Step 1

    Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

  • Step 2

    On a chopping board, cut each individual wrap into even 3x4 inch rectangles to create the ‘bed’. Using the remaining wrap, cut a smaller rectangle to create the ‘blanket’.

  • Step 3

    Place one piece of the chocolate block at the top of each bed wrap, then place half a marshmallow on top.

  • Step 4

    Then place one gingerbread on top of the marshmallow. Using the pre-cut ‘blanket’ pieces place one on top of the gingerbread.

  • Step 5

    Using 2 toothpicks, secure the bottom wrap to the top to help hold the blanket in place while baking.

  • Step 6

    Transfer the gingerbread beds to a lined baking tray. Lightly brush the wraps with melted butter. Place in the oven and bake for 2-5 minutes or until the wrap is golden brown and the chocolate is slightly melted. Transfer to a cooling rack.

  • Step 7

    Pipe with the white icing, a smiley face and some buttons.

  • Step 8

    Lightly dust the beds with icing sugar. Serve and enjoy!
