  • 1 packet Mission Plain Sliders

  • 1 tsp butter

  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten

  • ¼ cup tasty cheese, shredded

  • ½ cup bacon, diced

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

  • Step 1

    Fry diced bacon in a pan over medium-high heat. Transfer bacon into a small bowl once cooked.

  • Step 2

    Reduce heat to medium and add half a teaspoon of butter until melted.

  • Step 3

    Add three beaten eggs into pan and use a spatula to continuously stir the eggs, pushing them toward the middle as they begin to set at the edges and folding the cooked egg over on itself.

  • Step 4

    After two minutes add a Mission Plain Slider on top of the eggs. Eggs should still be wet when placing the slider on top.

  • Step 5

    Flip the eggs and slider together after one minute using a large turner.

  • Step 6

    Add toppings, spinach, tomatoes, onions, cheese and parlsey as well as salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 7

    Once toppings are added, using the turner fold over half of the slider and hold down with the turner for 1-2 minutes and serve.

    Repeat steps 1-7 with the remaining eggs and ingredients.
