6 Mission White Corn Tortillas

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup avocado dip

450g baby beetroots, drained, quarter

1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced

1/4 cup snow pea sprouts

Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C and line an oven tray with aluminium foil.

Brush both sides of the tortillas and arrange on to the tray without overlapping.

Bake for 8 minutes, turning half way.

Remove from the oven and transfer to a paper towel lined tray to cool.

Step 5
Layer the remaining ingredients on top of the tostadas and serve.
