Ingredients

6 Mission Street Tacos
 - 
                        
Prawn mix:
 - 
                        
500g peeled raw prawns
2 tsp corn flour
1 garlic clove, minced
1½ tsp ginger, grated
2 spring onions, chopped
1 egg white
 - 
                        
2 tsp sesame oil
 - 
                        
1½ tsp soy sauce
 - 
                        
Vegetable oil, for frying
 - 
                        
1 tbsp sesame seeds
 - 
                        
½ tbsp black sesame seeds
Garnishes:
 - 
                        
1 spring onion, finely chopped
Red chilli, thinly sliced
 - 
                        
Chilli mayo:
1 tsp chilli oil
¼ cup mayo
Juice of ½ lemon
¼ tsp paprika

Step 1
Prepare chilli mayo and all garnishes in advance to easily add to tacos once cooked.

Step 2
Place prawn mix ingredients into a food processor and blitz to combine the mixture and create a mince consistency.

Step 3
Spoon 2 tbsp of taco mince onto each Mission Street Taco. Repeat this step for all 6 tacos until the mixture is used.

Step 4
Combine sesame seeds into one bowl and mix. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of prawn mince.

Step 5
Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat, place taco mince side down and cook for 3 minutes. The mince should be cooked and golden in colour. Repeat this step for the remaining tacos.

Step 6
Once cooked, place tacos onto plate/serving board and garnish with chilli mayo, spring onions and red chilli.
