  • 1 Mission Thin Pizza Crust

     

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

    1 tbsp chilli flakes

    1 tbsp mixed herbs

    1 cup shredded mozzarella

    2 yellow peaches, sliced

    80g Smoked Prosciutto, torn

    100g fresh mozzarella

    Handful fresh basil leaves

    2 tbsp grated parmesan

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Brush olive oil on the pizza base, add chilli flakes and mixed herbs. Ensure the base is evenly and fully coated.

  • Step 2

    Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top and place sliced peaches around the pizza.

  • Step 3

    Add torn prosciutto evenly, then scatter around pieces of fresh mozzarella.

  • Step 4

    Place the pizza into the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.

  • Step 5

    Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves and sprinkle grated parmesan. Slice and enjoy!
