4 x MISSION Low Carb Wraps

Chia Yoghurt Dressing:

½ cup Low-fat Greek yoghurt
-
¼ tsp ground cumin
-
2 tsp honey
-
1 tsp chia seeds

1 chicken breast fillet, poached then diced

1 avocado, diced
-
1 stick celery, finely sliced
-
2 spring onions, finely sliced

¼ red onion, finely diced

8 cos lettuce leaves

Step 1
Combine Chia Yoghurt Dressing ingredients together in a large bowl. Add chicken, avocado, celery, spring onions and red onion and mix gently to combine the dressing with the chicken mixture.

Step 2
Arrange 2 cos lettuce leaves along the centre of each Mission Low Carb Wrap and top with chicken and avocado mixture. Fold each wrap to encase filling and serve immediately.
