  • 1 pack Mission Soft & Fluffy Snack Wraps

  • 500g minced beef

  • 500g sausage mince

  • 1 medium brown onion, finely chopped

  • ½ cup packaged breadcrumbs

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  • 2 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 2 tbsp barbecue sauce

  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Oil and line oven trays with baking paper.

  • Step 2

    Combine minces, onion, breadcrumbs, 1 egg, parsley, paste and sauce in large bowl, season.

  • Step 3

    Lay out one wrap and spoon mince mixture lengthways along the centre, roll wrap over to enclose filling. Cut each roll into three pieces, place rolls seam-side down on trays. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and meat has cooked through.
