  • 1 packet Mission Original Super Soft Wraps

     

  • Filling

  • 100g butter, melted

  • ½ macadamias, crushed

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 3 tbsp golden syrup

  • ½ tsp salt

     

  • 25g butter, melted. plus extra for brushing

  • 1 tsp cinnamon sugar

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C and line a box-sided loaf tin approximately 23cm with baking paper.

  • Step 2

    Place dry ingredients and 100g melted butter into a food processor and pulse a few times until ingredients start to combine. Remove the lid and push down the mix with a spatula. Return the lid and blitz to create a paste-like spread.

  • Step 3

    To assemble Anzac bread, take one Mission Original Super Soft Wrap, spread melted butter onto the surface and spoon on a couple of tablespoons of filling and spread over with a spatula. Repeat this step for each wrap to create 3 layers.

  • Step 4

    Cut 4 even strips approximately 4-5 cm thick.

  • Step 5

    Take one of the longer strips make a slight twist shape and place it into the centre of the pan. Repeat this step with the second longest strip and add the smaller strips to the sides of the pan. Brush melted butter and cinnamon sugar mix on top and bake for 14 minutes until golden brown. Leave to cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from the tin and slicing.
