  • 1 packet Mission Soft & Fluffy Wraps

     

  • Sweet chilli pork:

  • 500g pork belly strips, cut into 2-3cm cubes

  • ⅓ cup sweet chilli sauce

  • 2 tsp soy sauce

     

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1 red chilli, thinly sliced

  • 3 tbsp fried shallots, garnish

  • Coriander, garnish

  • Step 1

    Remove rind from pork belly strips and cut into 2-3cm cubes.

  • Step 2

    In a mixing bowl, add sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and pork. Mix and coat the pork with marinade. Set aside to marinate.

  • Step 3

    Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Prepare garnishes while the air fryer is preheating, and the pork is marinating.

  • Step 4

    Once the air fryer has preheated, spray the basket lightly with oil to keep the pieces from sticking. Add pork cubes into the basket. Try to only have one layer and not place the pork cubes on top of each other. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stopping halfway to flip the pieces with tongs. This helps the pieces to cook evenly.

  • Step 5

    Heat up 12 Mission Soft & Fluffy Wraps in the microwave, as per packet directions. To make bao buns, fold the left and right sides of the wrap to make a rectangular shape. Repeat the step for all 12 wraps.

  • Step 6

    Assemble bao buns with 3 slices of cucumber, 3-4 pieces of pork and garnish with coriander, chilli and fried shallots. Fold each wrap in half to create the finished bao buns.
