  • 1 Mission® 8 inch Flour Tortilla

  • 90ml Egg, whisked

  • 60g Carnitas-Style Pulled Pork

  • 30g Avocado, diced

  • 30g Tomato, diced

  • 30g Spiced Creamed Corn

  • 30g Butter, melted 

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Heat Mission® Flour Tortilla and place on work surface. Heat liquid butter in non-stick sauté pan; add pork to heat.

  • Step 2

    Add eggs and cook to scramble. Add tomatoes, avocado and corn. Remove from heat.

  • Step 3

    Place egg mixture in centre of tortilla. Fold “jacket style” bringing bottom half of tortilla towards filling and folding both sides towards centre.

  • Step 4

    Wrap with paper and serve open ended. Serve warm.
