Ingredients

  • 200g Mission Corn Chips
  • 1 Mission Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Mission Salsa Jar
  • 500g Mince
  • 250ml Sour Cream
  • 200g Cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Heat pan to a medium heat, cook mince and taco seasoning until brown.
  2. Pre heat oven to 180C. Arrange corn chips flat on a lined tray and place small teaspoon of the meat mixture on each corn chip and a few pieces of cheese. Cook for 5mins, or until cheese is slightly melted.
  3. Add a dollop of salsa and sour cream and serve immediately.
