Ingredients

  • 1 Mission Tortilla
  • 1 Hot Dog
  • Options: cheese, tomato sauce, mustard

Instructions

 

  1. Get a pan on medium-low heat, add enough oil to coat bottom of pan.
  2. Slice two of the edge off each tortilla
  3. Roll tightly around hot dog.
  4. Place in pan with the end of the tortilla on the bottom, which allows it to fry and stay closed.
  5. Rotate as each side becomes golden brown.
  6. Serve with your favourite sauces.
