Ingredients

  • 4 Mission® Burrito Tortillas  
  • 2 cups Banana, sliced
  • 2 cups Strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups Kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups Mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 100g Brie Cheese, sliced into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • Caramel Ice Cream Topping
  • 1/8 teaspoon Butter
  • Caramel Syrup Extra for topping 

Instructions

 

1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

2. Add butter and one tortilla. Turn tortilla around in the pan to distribute the butter evenly.

3. Add the fruit combination on one half of the tortilla. Drizzle with caramel sauce and evenly spread Brie slices over caramel. Fold tortilla in half.

4. Cook until the bottom starts to brown slightly. Carefully turn and brown the other side and serve with extra caramel sauce.
