Instructions

(Pre-heat oven 180°C)

1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in pan. Add chicken strips and cook until browned. Stir in Taco Seasoning Mix.
Add ¾ cup of water. Simmer uncovered for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Spread tacos on baking tray and heat in oven for 5 minutes at 180°C.

3. Fill tacos with cooked strips of chicken, mixed lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and taco sauce. For an extra kick, try a handful of sliced chilli’s on top with coriander and a squeeze of lime juice.
