South of the Border Guacamole Dip
2x 230g bags Mission® Tortilla White Corn Chips2 large Avocados, ripe1 Tomato, diced1 Onion, finely chopped2 Green Chilli’s, seeded and chopped1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1. Chop avocados coarsely and mash until smooth with a fork. Fold through, tomato, onion and chilli. Add pepper and lemon juice.
2. Cover tightly with plastic wrap until ready to serve. Serve with Mission® Tortilla Strips.
