Ingredients

  • 2x 230g bags Mission® Tortilla White Corn Chips
  • 2 large Avocados, ripe
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Green Chilli’s, seeded and chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Instructions

 

1. Chop avocados coarsely and mash until smooth with a fork. Fold through, tomato, onion and chilli. Add pepper and lemon juice.

2. Cover tightly with plastic wrap until ready to serve. Serve with Mission® Tortilla Strips.
