Ingredients

  • 2 Wholemeal Pita Pockets
  • 200g Roast Chicken, shredded
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 100g Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise

Instructions

 

  1. Heat Pita Pocket for 40 seconds in the microwave
  2. Cut pita pocket along serrated line
  3. Spread mayo equally in each half of the pita pocket
  4. Fill with lettuce, chicken, tomato and cheese
