2. Add Prawns to the marinade. Cover and place in refrigerator for up to 2 hours to marinate. Remove Prawns from marinade, reserving liquid.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Sauté capsicum and onion until soft (approx 5 minutes). Add marinated prawns, marinade and tomatoes, sauté just until prawns turn pink (about 3 minutes).
