A twist on an old favourite! Kids will love making Pizzadillas and more importantly, they will love eating them.

Ingredients

  • 4 Mission® Burrito Tortillas or Multi-grain Tortillas
  • 2 cups Tasty Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin, ground
  • 1/2 cup Refried Beans, warmed
  • 2 tablespoons Dried Green Chilli
  • 2 tablespoons Spring Onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Black Olives, sliced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded  

Instructions

1. Sprinkle one tortilla with cheese. Place another tortilla on top and brush lightly with oil. Repeat with remaining 2 tortillas. Place tortillas on a greased or lined baking tray.  Bake both in preheated oven for 4 minutes.

2. In a small bowl, combine pizza sauce and cumin and spread sauce on top of each tortilla.

3. Spoon 3 tablespoons refried beans on each tortilla and sprinkle each with chilli, spring onion, olives and Mozzarella cheese.

4. Bake in preheated 210°C oven for 3 -5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

5. Cut into wedges and serve.
