Ingredients

  • 4 Mission® Burrito Tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons Tabasco Sauce as an ingredient
  • 450g Lean Beef Sirloin, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 4 leaves Green Leaf Lettuce, small leaves
  • 1 Large Red Onion 1/4 inch slices, pulled into rings
  • 12 Dill Pickles, sliced
  • 1 Red Tomato 1/4 inch slices (will need 4 total slices)
  • 4 teaspoons Tabasco Sauce as a topper 

Instructions

 

1. Evenly mix minced beef and 4 tablespoons Tabasco Sauce together.

2. Separate Tabasco ground beef into 4 equal parts (115g each); form each part into 4 thin half moon shape patties. Try to shape each patty to fill half of a tortilla.

3. Heat a 10” non-stick skillet (or use a square, deep walled non-stick electric skillet) over medium high heat.

4. Season each hamburger patty with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes a side or to your desired temperature.

5. Near the end of desired cooking time, evenly sprinkle each patty with ¼ cup of cheddar cheese and allow the cheese to melt. Remove cheeseburgers and reserve hot.

6. Warm tortillas in a microwave for 10 seconds.

7. For 1 serving: place 1 lettuce leaf on one half of a warmed tortilla and top with 3 red onion rings, 3 pickle slices and 1 red tomato slice. Place a hot cheeseburger on top of this build. Top the cheeseburger with 1 teaspoons Tabasco Sauce; fold the tortilla in half and serve.

8. Repeat the build for the remaining 3 servings.
