Ingredients

  • 4 Mission® Sundried Tomato Basil Wraps  
  • 2 cups Chicken, cooked, shredded
  • 100g Semi Dried tomato
  • 2 teaspoons Pesto Mix
  • 1 cup Walnut Halves
  • 100g Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled
  • 100g Spring Lettuce Mix
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple, sliced thinly 

Instructions

 

1. Combine the shredded chicken, pesto, walnut halves and Gorgonzola in a large bowl and mix well.

2. Heat the tortillas in a large non-stick frying pan over a low heat 30 seconds until warm.

3. Lay each wrap flat and place a portion of the chicken mixture into the centre of each wrap.

4. Top with lettuce mixture and apple slices, season with salt and pepper.

5. Wrap tightly to enclose filling. Cut diagonally.

6. Serve as required.

Tuna or turkey may be used in place shredded chicken.
