Ingredients

  • 8 Mission Chia Wraps
  • 500g Chicken, cooked & diced
  • 250g Corn
  • 250g Tomato, diced
  • ½ Red Onion, finely diced
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 1 tbs Coriander, finely chopped
  • ½ Lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Plate Wraps in a cupcake pan. Bake for 10-15mins at 180C until crispy. Set aside to cool completely
  2. Combine corn, tomato, red onion, avocado, coriander and line, then add cooked chicken
  3. Fill cups and serve
