Ingredients

  • 8 Mission® Burrito Tortillas
  • 3/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Cumin, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Green Chilli’s, finely diced
  • 1 cup Matured Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salsa (optional)
  • Sour Cream (optional)

Instructions

 

1. Combine the spices well and evenly coat the chicken.

2. Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook chicken over medium high heat 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat, rest 2-3 minutes then slice into thin strips.

3. Place chicken back in frying pan, add chilli and heat through (about 1-2 minutes). Turn off heat and add cheese. Cover and allow cheese melt as you heat the tortillas.

4. Spoon chicken filling evenly into tortillas and add sour cream and/or salsa if desired.  Serve Hot.
