Ingredients

  • Mission® Tortilla White Corn Chips 230g for dipping
  • 400g can Black Beans, drained
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 2 Radish medium, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tomato medium, small diced
  • Lime Juice of 2 and the zest
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Coriander, finely chopped 

Instructions

 

1. Combine all ingredients. Mix well and chill for 15 minutes. Before servicing top with a dollop of sour cream. Garnish with finely chopped coriander.
