Ingredients

  • 4 Mission® Multigrain Tortillas
  • 1 pack of Mission® Taco Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Onion, halved and sliced into strips
  • 1 Green Capsicum, sliced into strips
  • 500g Rump Steak or Topside Steak, sliced into strips
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 Roma Tomato, cut into wedges 

Instructions

 

1. Heat oil, over medium-high heat, in a frying pan. Add onions and capsicum and cook stirring until tender (about 2-3 minutes); remove and set aside.

2. In the same frying pan, brown steak well; drain and mix in seasoning and water. Bring mixture to the boil stirring; reduce heat to low and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.

3. Return onions and capsicum to the frying pan; add tomatoes. Heat through (about 2-3 minutes) and serve with warmed tortillas.
