Ingredients

  • 2 Mission® Pita Bread
  • 200g Smoked Salmon, sliced
  • 400g Cooked Potatoes, cubed
  • Rocket Leaves
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 200g Light Cream Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Wholegrain Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

Instructions

 

1. Slice open the pitas lengthways.

2. Mix the potatoes, olive oil and rocket together. Season well.   Place on the open pitas carefully and cover with smoked salmon.

3. Mix together the cream cheese, dill, mustard and sugar, spoon over the smoked salmon and serve.
