Ingredients

  • 8 Mission® Burrito Tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Yellow Capsicum, sliced
  • 1 Red Capsicum, cut into strips
  • 1 Green Capsicum, cut into strips
  • 340g baby Prawns, cooked
  • 5 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 5 tablespoons Asian Style Dipping Sauce
  • 5 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 5 tablespoons Coriander, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste 

Instructions

 

1. Heat oil, over medium-high heat, and sauté the onion, red and green capsicum until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).

2. Add the prawns, Worcestershire, lemon juice, Asian sauce, and heat prawns through (about 3-4 minutes).

3. Add coriander and season with salt and pepper.

4. Serve alongside warm tortillas.
