Ingredients

  • 4 Mission® Zesty Garlic Herb Wraps
  • 1 Avocado peeled, pitted and sliced in wedges
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 340g Roast Beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded and divided
  • 1/2 Cucumber, cut in 6-inch strips
  • 1 cup Coriander Leaves
  • Chilli Sauce

Instructions

 

1. Toss avocado wedges with lime juice and 1/4 tsp. salt.

2. Equally layer roast beef on each warmed tortilla, sprinkle with an additional pinch of salt. Top with lettuce, then place cucumber and avocado strips down the center.

3. Add coriander and drizzle chilli sauce over each tortilla to taste.

4. Fold in sides, roll up and serve.
