Ingredients

  • 12-14 Mission® 6 Burrito Tortillas or Mission® White Corn Tortillas, warmed
  • 140g package Spanish Rice
  • 450g lean Ground Pork
  • 120g can Diced Green Chilli (reduce for milder version)
  • 1 package Taco Spices and Seasonings
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • ½ a cup sliced Black Olives, drained
  • Sour Cream to garnish 

Instructions

 

1. Prepare rice per package. Reserve hot.

2. In skillet, brown pork; drain fat. Add drained pork back to the skillet, add chilli’s, taco spices and seasonings, water and olives. Mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and cook uncovered, 8 minutes.

3. Spoon a thin line of rice in center of each tortilla; evenly divide cooked pork mixture over rice on each tortilla. Top each tortilla with sour cream. Fold in sides, roll up tightly burrito style and serve.
