Ingredients

  • 10 Mission® 96% Fat Free Tortillas
  • 500g Rump Steaks
  • 1/2 cup Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup White Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper course ground
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Red Capsicum, sliced thickly
  • 2 Medium Onion, sliced in circles
  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  • Fresh Avocado slices
  • Lime wedge 

Instructions

(Pre–heat Grill, BBQ or skillet over a medium heat 3-4 minutes prior to cooking)

1. Mix steak, lime juice, coriander, vinegar, oil, cayenne and black pepper and garlic together. Marinate meat in mixture overnight.

2. Grill or BBQ steak, capsicum and onion (approximately 8 minutes) basting with marinade until cooked and well browned. Allow steak to rest and slice into thin strips.

3. Evenly portion grilled meat and vegetables into 10 warmed tortillas and top with optional garnishes as desired.
