1. Steam rice and Reserve.
2. Lightly grease non-stick pan with cooking spray and brown chicken until thoroughly cooked over a medium high heat (about 8-10 minutes).
3. Steam frozen veggies as per instructions on pack and sprinkle few teaspoons of soy sauce over drained vegetables then mix well.
4. Combine chicken, rice and vegetables.
5. Divide into 4 equal portions and fill each wrap.
6. Roll burrito style and serve.
Prawns or Fish may be used in place of chicken.
