Ingredients

  • 3 Mission® Burrito Tortillas  
  • 4 tablespoons low fat or Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
  • 6 rashers of Bacon cooked
  • 2 slices Red Onion, broken up into rings
  • 18 slices Low Fat Oven Roasted Deli Thin Chicken Breast
  • 4 Roma Tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 Avocado, thinly sliced 

Instructions

 

1. Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla. On one tortilla, add a layer of lettuce and bacon. On the other tortilla, add a layer of red onions, chicken, tomato and avocado.

2. Place the chicken/tomato/avocado layer on top of the bacon/lettuce layer and set the remaining tortilla on the very top.

3. Cut the stack into eigths and secure each wedge with a sandwich toothpick.
