Ingredients

  • 2 Mission Tortillas
  • 100g Chocolate Chips, melted
  • 4 scoops Vanilla ice-crea
  • Options: chopped nuts, hundreds and thousands, popping candy, to top. 

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Fold over the tortillas, and place a scrunched ball of foil in the tortilla to create a taco shape. Cook for 20 minutes until they harden and hold their shape – turning them over halfway through.
  2. While the tacos cook, take the ice cream out of the freezer to thaw a little. Melt chocolate in microwave.
  3. When the tacos have cooled, fill them with the ice cream.
  4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the tacos, and sprinkle with your choice of topping.
  5. Return to the freezer for 20 minutes.
