Ingredients

  • 230g bags Mission® Tortilla White Corn Chips
  • 4 Avocados peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves chopped
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 5-6 Jalapeños, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice 

Instructions

 

1. In a glass bowl, mash avocado lightly, leaving some whole cubes. Add remaining ingredients, mix together. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips for a tantalizing appetizer or party food.
