Starting off the day with a protein rich meal like this one can help to prevent cravings later in the morning.
1.Place bacon between two paper towels on a paper plate. Cook in microwave 4-5 minutes on High (100%) Power, just until bacon is crisp. Break into pieces.
2.Melt butter in large non- stick frying pan over a medium heat. Scramble eggs until almost done. Add tomato and bacon. Cook for a further 30 seconds to 1 minute.
3.Heat tortillas as per pack instructions. Spoon egg mixture equally into centre of tortillas. Fold burrito style. Serve immediately with salsa.
