  • 6 Mission Original Super Soft Mini Wraps

  • 500g beef mince

  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 brown onion,  diced

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 200 ml beef stock

  • 1 packet Mission Taco seasoning

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tsp cracked pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • Toppings: Mission Salsa, guacamole, jalapeños

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180˚C.

  • Step 2

    Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Cook onion and garlic until soft and add beef mince.  Cook until browned.

  • Step 3

    Add Mission Taco seasoning, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and cracked pepper. Sir until well combined and add beef stock. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes until mixture thickens.

  • Step 4

    Heat up wrap in microwave for 30 seconds and cover with clean tea towel.                                                       

    To make wrap pie shells - cut 1 wrap in half, loosely roll into a cone shape and turn "inside out", this should start to look like a cup. Place wrap shell into a non-stick muffin pan. Repeat steps to make 12 wrap shells.

  • Step 5

    Spoon in pie mixture into wrap shells. Leave room for toppings.

  • Step 6

    Bake in oven for roughly 15 minutes or until wraps are golden.

  • Step 7

    Remove from oven and let cool before serving.

  • Step 8

    Add toppings such as Mission Salsa, guacamole or jalapeños.

    *Cheese can be added onto pie mix before going into the oven for a melted topping.
