  • 1 230g bag Mission White Corn Tortilla Strips

  • 500g hommus

  • ½ cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1 cucumber, halved and sliced

  • 250g cherry tomatoes, chopped

  • 110g pitted black olives, sliced

  • 40g fetta, crumbled

  • 1 tbsp parsely, chopped

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Step 1

    Serve hommus on a large platter and use a spoon to spread through the midde and create a swirl.

  • Step 2

    On one half of the platter, scatter Mission White Corn Tortilla Strips. On the other half, scatter vegetables and fetta.

  • Step 3

    To serve, sprinkle with parsley and paprika then drizzle with olive oil.
