  • 1 pack Mission Extra Soft Original Tortillas

  • 2 rump steaks

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp cooking wine

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 cups shredded daikon

  • 1 cup kimchi

  • ½ cup coriander leaves

  • Step 1

    In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, cooking wine, ginger, chilli flakes and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.

  • Step 2

    On a tray, brush the steaks with olive oil on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3

    Preheat a griddle pan or barbecue over high heat.

  • Step 4

    Cook the steaks for 2–3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. In the last 30 seconds of cooking time, brush the steaks with ginger sauce and turn to caramelise. Cover gently with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before thinly slicing the steaks.

  • Step 5

    On a plate, layer Mission Extra Soft Original Tortillas with mayonnaise, daikon, steak, kimchi and coriander to serve.
