  • ¼ cup tomato puree

  • 250g buffalo mozzarella, torn

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 6 slices prosciutto

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves

  • ½ tsp chili flakes

  • Salt and pepper

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 240°C. Place the Mission Wholemeal Thin Pizza Crust on a large oven tray lined with baking paper.

  • Step 2

    Layer pizza crust with tomato puree, mozzarella, and drizzle with the oil. Cook for 7 minutes or until the base is golden and crisp.

  • Step 3

    Top with the prosciutto, spinach, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
